Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return.
In case of damaged, wrong, or defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–7 working days.
